• Blockchain Wallet Address: When you connect your blockchain wallet to TesseractX we collect your wallet address as the primary means of identification.
• User-Generated Content: Any information you provide when minting NFTs such as titles descriptions and metadata.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information we will either delete or anonymize such information or if this is not possible (for example because your personal information has been stored in backup archives) then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

TesseractX may process your Personal Data because:

• You have given us permission to do so
• The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights
• For payment processing purposes
• To comply with the law

Retention of Data

TesseractX will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws) resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

TesseractX will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information including Personal Data may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state province country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
